We are a group of carefree students who have gathered together,
regardless of bawahs, normals, atas, kulintang and percussions
to create music like none other with our conductor, Mr Dzul. :D

I am the newest bird here, so I better behave here. Hoho...=P

All Angklungnites have been busy since the Promos ended last week. Practising for the Open Day this Saturday and painting banners. Then there is UYHE (a fancy name for spring cleaning) tommorrow. And then there is a paid performance this Sunday. I don't know how much we will be paid! Haha...

I ran into you people this Monday near LT1 when I was checking the PW OP venues at the TA block. I can sense that the spirit is still alive and I am confident that everything will go fine this weekend. I am not even crossing my fingers!

So far I have not been involved much because I am still learning the ropes. Moreover we are very fortunate to have such a capable teacher in charge. I think we should all applaud (very loudly) what Mr Fuad had done for NJC Angklung Ensemble. And not forgetting Mr Dzul too.

So to all Angklungnites, all the best!

happy birthday to our QMs, zheng liang [05/10] & jie ying [12/10]!

also many belated birthday wishes to ahmad [09/09], fang jing [20/09], adinia [25/09] & eric [29/09]! hope you all had fantastic celebrations! =)

the exco went out today to celebrate their birthdays & we really has a nice time, right?

so sorry tt you all can't enjoy the break before the results come out but we really have lots to prepare for:

Mon [10/10]: meet at angklung room by 2.30 for open day rehearsal, all members are req to come 'cos mr fuad is meeting us!

Wed [12/10]: full dress rehearsal for open day! meet after civis!

Fri [14/10]: rehersal for open day, meet by 1 pm

Sat [15/10]: members to be in sch for 8.30 am for open day! there'll be a schedule for the running of the CCA booth and we also have to take part in several outdoor performances throughout the day!

Sun [16/10]: performance at taman warisan! 6 - 8 pm! meeting time to be confirmed with you all at a later date!
