to create music like none other with our conductor, Mr Dzul. :D

1) there'll be prac tmr at 8.30 am. pls meet punctually outside the angklung room!
2) pls access the KM to: update your member's profile info, d/l the songs under recommended listening, read all the announcements!

Heyooo....just realised that the last post was extracted from my blog..hahah. However, glad to see all the sweet faces again during the last session on Wed. That was a good session and we shall continue to uphold the team spirit and motivate each other.
I've read some of your blogs, u all have been enjoying yourself during the various enrichment programmes eh? That's good.
During my time, back in school , we dont have such programmes....we only have ECAs (Extra Curricular Activiy) which is equivalent to CCA todae. But there wasnt any points back then. After so many years i left school, i can still remember my time spent together with friends during my ECA activities (that was close to 20yrs ago!). These are the best time in my life...enjoyed mysef so much. Apart from the enjoyment, i have learnt the most valuable thing in life.. working as a team.
My point is, there are things which u cannot learn by just reading and attending lectures and doing tutorials. You have to experience it yourself. There's no other best time to experience it other than during your school life, cos once you are out there in the working world...the race is on.
Make full use of wat have been offered to you now....cherish it... it wil be useful to you once u leave school, and you will definitely smile and missed all these activities, be it your studies, your CCAs or your interaction with friends.

Zapin Hip Hop, that was wat i had in mind as one of the songs for the angklung's enrichment prog this coming 7th Apr. Well, its not really hiphop..but something along that line. Saturday, tried out with the players......not quite up to my expectation, i was refering to the attendance. Expecting more people to come..since exams are over. But...truly, i have to admit, i am deeply dissapointed, Anyway... tried the zapin hiphop, with keyboard arrangement ...at least it turned out to be wat i had expected....except for the tempo, which was a bit out from the sequenced music, mainly due to the speakers, cant generate sound loud enuf for everybody to hear lah. This Sat shall try with the sound system..courtesy of Ali, thx bro! ...( i tink we faced this same prob with Gentarasa's practices)
Another song is Sway.... the MIDI file that Ali managed to source is well ..okay ...i've decided to use that anyway, but i would prefer to 'ethnically' enhance it. So, we'll have the ethnic version of Sway...combined with angklungs...the gendangs..the kuls....its going to be a blast!..provided we have people...yeah people wherever u are, i hope to see all your sweet faces this Saturday, we'll show the fun side of angklung during the enrichment prog ...together! :)

hey everyone! firstly kudos to the jrs for putting in so much effort for enrichment week! :)

secondly, i've posted some impt news regarding the up and coming angklung enrichment on KM so pls go ref k? thanks :)

thirdly, the blogskin rawks!! hehe great job done -)

lastly, common test 1 is overr (ok not for the fm, maths s etc etc ppl) but rejoice! okok. short post.

pls leave your most current email address tt you can be contacted at the tagboard. put the email add in the msg box and i'll send the invites to this blog asap. then, you'll be allowed to post absolutely anything tt you deem as appropriate for the CCA blog right here!

once you receive the invite, create a blogger account. sign in to http://www.blogger.com/ and follow the nxt few steps:

type the msg/ upload any pics you want and click 'Publish Post' it shld appear on the blog when the server has permitted its display.

if there are any problems, reflect on the tagboard and i'll get back to you asap! so yup! =)

btw, i'm happy to see tt mr fuad finally managed to get into the blogger system!!! =) yipee!

i'm online 'cos i'm testing some admin rights for our CCA page on KM so i decided to drop by here as well! i know i'm not supposed to be here technically but oh well... still have loads of studying to do but i suppose CCA is my priority 'cos we only have a few months more as angklungnites!

allow me to express my jubilation of finally being able to get into the KM, tt place's been so stagnant 'cos we hvn't been able to access it and thus, the blog!

Hello everyone, at long last I manage to get back into this blog after several futile attempts. Been tagging all this while as I could not get myself into this sacred blog!
Anyway, here I am so the expect to see or hear from me quite often.

This website has a few beautiful angklung songs to appreciate.
By the way, what do you guys think of last week training? Fun right? I kinda enjoy the session especially where everyone has to play alone...what a sight!!Some seniors do have to remain calm ok cos you guys seem to be so kanchong spider in front of the juniors!!
But I especially enjoy the jamming session and it was definitely a nice break from the routine songs.
So, to wrap it up, do continue to invite the juniors to join us and looking forward to the Enrichment on the 7th April.

oh my gosh it's so nice! it sounds like an syf song hahaha. i hope this post appears btw cos i'm trying out blogger after a VERY long time.

oh i was talking about bohemian raphsody btw haha :)

the accompaniment's really nice! like ours (: wahaha

but there's this persistent eerie part that keeps popping out >< i hope it's not my com or sthg. haha since it's quite dark now and i'm all alone in the room. it's really quite spine-tingling haha

yes i think it's really good but i hope we can master it well if we learn!

so many things coming up! enirchment, college day and CONCERT

cross your fingers guys! and to all j3s congrats and hope u're happy with ur results :) make wise decisions k?

to all j2s, study hard for common tests! don't be deterred by what the tutors are saying about how hard the cts are gg to be and all that about cutting the s paper students yada yada-i'm sure we can do it :)

and to all the j1s, hope you are happy with your posting results! wherever the road leads you, cherish every step u take k? (haha hope i'm making sense :S)
