Preparations before Open Day
17th October (Fri)
People involved in putting up of posters please report 1:30pm at angklung room:
Kai Teng, Sherin, Christabel, Eunice, Huimin, Jocelyn, Hwei Yee, Chai Ying, Jiamin, Hai Ha, Jue hong.
(who cares about the 3pm rule)
Carrying of 3 desks and chairs from hall, the 4 representatives:
Kaimin, Elizabeth, Wan lin and Constance. [Set up by 4pm]
These people are to help set up the booths on Friday by 4pm, including the putting up of banners and etcetera stuff.
Open day (18th October, Saturday)- 9 am to 3 pm
Report to angklung room at 7:30am.
Set up of booth stuff by 8:30am.
Performance venue: Hall
Performance attire:
Girls-Sarong, black shirt, same black/white shoes.
Guys- White long shirt, black pants, same shoes.
Performance slot 1: 10:30-10:45 am
To be backstage by 10:20 am sharp.
Song sequence:
1) Gunung payung with malay dance
2) Zapin
3) Jump frog Jump+Rasa Sayang.
Performance slot 2: 12-1 pm (tentative)
Song sequence:
1) Gunung Payung with malay dance ONLY.
Open day booth shifts. (1 hour each)
Like I said before, 2 to 3 people are to tend the booth at any one time with the rest roaming around the school to distribute the gifts and to promote our cca.
