Hello everyone

We, beta exco group 3, would like to apologise for the short period of time available to complete the AK t2009 survey

We planned to have the survey up by Saturday

However, we only received the finalised design from the supplier, who initially agreed to send it to us on saturday afternoon 1pm, this afternoon at 3 pm

Finalised design refer to the design edited and approved by the supplier's in house designer. Thus the design you see here in the previous post will be what the supplier is going to print, and not what the supplier is able/ will try to print. We try our very best to show everyone the design closest, if not exactly similar to the design you will be seeing on your t shirts. However, the colour of the t shirt all of you see on the computer will be slightly different from the one you will be receiving. This was what the designer told us as the colour of the shirt, which was copied from their catalogue from the t shirts featured in a photograph, may be different from what we see in reality.

Because of this, we did not put the survey up earlier with the design we had (unapproved by the designer), as we wanted every one to place their votes after looking at the design the supplier is going to print for us.

We understand that due to a technical glitch on blogger, an incomplete post regarding the survey was posted earlier on Saturday night, resulting in several seniors taking the survey without viewing the finalised design. Regarding this, we apologise for the inconvenice caused. If you would like to change your votes after viewing the new and finalised designs, type in your name with the number '1' behind. Eg. Xxxxxx1. We will delete your previous vote.

Lastly, we understand that some of the seniors are unhappy with us for leaving practice early at 9.45 am on Saturday, 23/05/09. We apologise to Mr Dzul and all members for any inconveniece caused. Our initial appointment on Friday, 22/05/09, at 5pm was cancelled. We were not allowed to choose the new time slot on Saturday, 10.45 am, as it was the only available slot left for us to meet the designer.We had to leave practice early as the office was more than an hour's journey from school. If we were to go to the supplier's office at a different time slot, we would be meeting the designer's assistant instead who would not make the final changes and confirm our design.
