Hello everyone

The overall response for the AK t2009 survey was good

Thank you all for participating in the survey

Regarding the miscommunication in relay message, the survey was closed at 10pm today instead of 10 am

Please be assured that all votes were taken into consideration

The voting results are as follows,

We love/like the design- More than 60% of members love/ like the t shirt design

We want a back design- A majority of 69.4% voted for a back design

We want the shirt to be maroon in colour- Half the ensemble voted for maroon, followed closely by a tie between hot pink and lime green at 19.4%

We want the t shirt to be cotton- An overwhelming 83.3% of members prefer cotton to dri fit for the t shirt material

Hence, the finalised design will be the one in pink print on a maroon cotton t shirt with a back design

Confirmed price will be $12. All members are to bring the money this wednesday, 27/05/09. Seniors are to pay to Hai Ha, juniors to Jocelyn or Kaijun.

Should you be absent on Wednesday, please inform Jocelyn at 91188199, or Kaijun at 93657826 before practice starts in the format (Eg.)

We appreciate your ideas and value your comments

However, due to the overwhelming different responses and ideas from everyone, we regret if the final design does not contain the idea you contributed

As we work on the basis where the majority wins, we were unable to incorporate some of your feedback into the design

Still, we would like to thank you for the effort in providing us with feedback
